The Orlando Festival starts with a characteristic program. The two ‘inhouse ensembles’, the Osiris Trio (Netherlands) and the Rusquartet (Russia), will perform two Russian masterpieces from the 19th and 20th centuries and the Canadian piano soloist Katherine Dowling will perform an exciting composition by this year’s central composer, Hans Kox, who passed away earlier this year.
