Summer music! (and melancholy)

An unadulterated Orlando program, with 16 chamber musicians in music from four centuries, from sparkling Vivaldi, and cheerful Barber, a unique duo from Kox to compelling Russian romance. This year Rusquartet will play the complete works by Borodin, who is still not fully appreciated outside Russia. Dorian Cooke continues her journey in the Vivaldi bassoon concerts (this is her third bassoon concert at Orlando, and there are 34 more to go..) and Orlando’s five regular wind players perform a unanimous wish!
