Arno Schipdam

Arno Schipdam (1970) was born in Hengelo. He studied tenor trombone at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague and at the Sweelinck Conservatorium in Amsterdam. In 1997 he was appointed second trombonist at the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2001 he joined the Residentie Orkest in The Hague. At the same time he studied harmony, brass band and brass band (HaFaBra) conducting at the Rotterdam Conservatory.

He is also appointed first trombonist with the Residentie Orkest and works as a freelance musician with various orchestras and ensembles. Arno is also conductor of the Honselse Wind band.
