Sjir Uitdewilligen is assistant professor in Work and Organizational Psychology at Maastricht University. He holds master degrees in both economics and psychology and has obtained his PhD at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics. He teaches master level courses on teamwork, organizational psychology, crisis management, and human decision making. His research focuses on team communication, team leadership, and adaptive team performance. His work has appeared in various peer reviewed international journals including: Small Group research, The Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology.
